SFA Non-Discrimination Policy

At Stephen F. Austin State University, no faculty, staff or student may discriminate against another on the basis of unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or disabled veteran status. Unlawful discrimination based on sex includes discrimination defined as sexual harassment. Retaliation for filing an unlawful discrimination or sexual harassment complaint is prohibited by the policy and cause for severe disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Austin Universidad Pública, ninguna facultad, el personal ni el estudiante pueden discriminar contra otro en la base de discriminación ilegal basada en la carrera, el color, la religión, el sexo, la edad, origen nacional, la incapacidad ni estatus descapacitado de veterano. La discriminación ilegal basada en el sexo incluye discriminación definida como acoso sexual. La venganza para archivar una queja ilegal de discriminación o acoso sexual es prohibida por la política y la causa para la acción disciplinaria severa, hasta e inclusive terminación.
